If anyone could feel like a "victim" it would be Joni Eareckson Tada. An athletic teenager, Tada broke her neck in a diving accident when she was 17. Her spinal cord was severed, and she became paralyzed from the shoulders down. She has limited arm motion, but can't use her hands or her legs.
Her writing and speaking engagements have brought hope and encouragement to untold numbers of people.
On this Easter weekend we thank God, the Father, that His beloved Son, Jesus, conquered sin, death, and the grave when He rose triumphantly and lives forever as our Advocate and High Priest.
