Names and Attributes Chorus

Recently while sorting through some papers I discovered a chorus I had written back in February of 1988. The melody has stuck with me all these years but I had forgotten some of the lyrics. I wish I could play the tune on the piano so you could hear it.

Here are the lyrics, beginning at A and going through to Z:
