Even when I'm on the road I'm never too far from my favorite possessions, my books. I always take a mini-library with me. This picture is my desk at the Hampton Inn in Erie, PA. Yesterday I picked up a used book by one of the authors I enjoy, J. Sidlow Baxter. His "Rethinking Our Priorities" was available for $4.95 and I couldn't resist.A recent acquisition, "131 Christians Everyone Should Know" lists significant Christians over the last 2,000 years who have shaped the Church into what it is today.
It made me think about who my choice would be, if asked, of the Top Ten individuals (men and women) who have impacted the Christian Church.
Why not list "your" ten and then list the ten who have had the greatest influence on you personally. Go ahead. Send me your comments. Something to think about!
